It has 2 factories, one in Plasencia (Cáceres) and another one in Almendralejo (Badajoz) with the most modern facilities in the table olives market.
Black olives are processed in its main factory in Plasencia, as well as the pasteurization and bottling of green olives. This factory has a processing capacity of 68 tons per day and a warehousing capacity of 5,150 tons.
The brand new Almendralejo facility is prepared to produce high quality stuffed table olives. The stuffing includes many varieties, from anchovies to lemon, tuna, blue cheese or salmon, pepper and almond. After recent investments its capacity has grown to 26 tons per day with stocking capacity of 4,731 tons.
