| Sovena USA's quality assurance laboratory is the only lab of its kind on U.S. soil. Run by an expert QA manager from Spain, the 1,200 square-foot lab includes management offices; a chemical room for testing acidity, peroxide index, and other chemical-related metrics; a purity room for testing fatty acids, sterols and hydrocarbons; temperature-controlled sample storage; and an organoleptic tasting room optimized for testing oil's appearance, taste and smell. |
